A two-advisor team managing $400 million in Miami has switched its broker-dealer affiliation and registered investment advisory platform to Sanctuary Wealth from Insigneo.

The team, known as AZ Apice Capital Management, is headed by Walter Alves and Bruno Gorgatti, who formed their firm in 2016 after leaving Morgan Stanley.

Most of their clients are Brazilians, Sanctuary Wealth said in a release.

The team is based in Sanctuary’s Miami office.
