InvestmentNews has launched its nontraded real estate investment trust database. As interest rates remain at record low levels and advisers search for ways to generate income for their clients, nontraded REITs have evolved from a relatively obscure product into a $20 billion industry. However, there has been a dearth of easily available data to help them evaluate the dozens of REITs currently being sold. InvestmentNews hopes this collection of data will prove to be a useful tool when evaluating these products.
