The National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts Inc. has launched <Reit.com, a website designed to address all matters related to REITs. The Washington-based industry association, which represents U.S. REITs and publicly traded real estate companies worldwide, said that the site provides offers “easy-to-use navigation” that allows users to find relevant content based on subject or user type. Some of the site’s features include daily real estate news, a library of historical data, a list of upcoming events in the real estate industry and a career center for those who are interested in entering the industry. Some of the other sections on the site aim to provide institutional and individual investors with resources from Nareit and other organizations to assist them in making decisions about investments in REITs and real estate.
