AUG 20, 2020

Adapting to pandemic constraints, the Advisor Group said that its annual ConnectEd gathering for advisers this fall will be a virtual, interactive event that includes a larger-than-usual proportion of entertainment content.

The virtual conference, which is taking place from Oct. 26 through Oct. 29, will feature discussions with former Federal Reserve Chairs Ben Bernanke and Janet Yellen, as well as talks by Shaquille O’Neal and Laila Ali, and performances by entertainers including Kenny Loggins. Financial attendees will be invited to submit their own vocal performances to share with conference attendees.

Approximately 11,100 financial advisers, overseeing $450 billion, are affiliated with the independent broker-dealers that constitute the Advisor Group.
