HPK Provident Advisors, a four-adviser team managing $230 million in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, and Sarasota, Florida, has switched its broker-dealer affiliation and corporate registered investment adviser platform from FSC Securities Corp., which is part of Advisor Group, to LPL Financial.
HPK was founded in the 1960s by Ron Zucchelli. The advisers making the change are the father-and-son team of David Harper and Colin S. Harper, who are Zucchelli's son-in-law and grandson, respectively, along with Michael Kutch and Brian Paluso.

“LPL has evolved significantly over the last decade and still wants to scale up,” says one industry executive.
