LPL continues to grow its advisory network with a pair of advisors, including a veteran with nearly three decades of experience.

The broker-dealer giant announced Tuesday that financial advisors Roger Frank and Michael Ward of Frank Financial Concepts have joined its broker-dealer, RIA, and custodial platforms. The advisors reported managing approximately $200 million in advisory, brokerage, and retirement plan assets and transitioned from Berthel Fisher & Co.

Roger Frank began his career as a financial professional in 1996, working at several investment firms before founding Frank Financial Concepts in 2003. His resume includes early stops at Lincoln Financial, whose wealth advisory business was recently acquired by Osaic, and Ameritas.

Michael Ward entered the industry as an administrator and advanced to owning his practice, partnering with Frank in 2018.

Frank Financial Concepts, with offices in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Scottsdale, Arizona, focuses on helping clients pursue their financial goals through a holistic approach. Frank and Ward emphasize the importance of educating clients about their finances and encourage them to share all aspects of their financial situation, including debt, income, investments, savings, and goals.

“We tell our clients, ‘Your mission is our mission,’” Frank said in a statement. “We are deeply committed to putting the right plans in place to help clients work toward their financial goals.”

The advisors chose to join LPL Financial due to the firm's technology platform and commitment to providing tools for success.

“We are excited about the opportunity to grow our business with LPL Financial,” Ward said. “LPL’s size and scale mean we now have access to more investment selections, software, and financial planning options that will benefit both us and our clients.”

Ward commended the broker-dealer leviathan’s integrated capabilities, which include client reporting tools, as it will create efficiencies to free up more time for client service.

Frank also highlighted the value of LPL’s in-house research and market insights, as well as its advisor succession resources that will support his future transition out of the business.
