Osaic has unveiled a new educational initiative to equip financial professionals with essential tools to ignite their professional and business growth.

The broker-dealer giant's newly launched Wealth Advisor Academy aims to provide advisors with resources that combine technical expertise with people skills, enabling participants to deliver more comprehensive wealth solutions while engaging clients in deeper conversations.

Following a six-month pilot, Osaic is rolling out the academy as part of its broader commitment to advisor education, alongside existing webinars and coaching services.

“Through our Wealth Advisor Academy, we are focused on giving financial professionals the resources they need to build their business capabilities in a scalable and ever-improving way,” Jerry Schreck, senior vice president of advisor education and training at Osaic, said in a statement.

“We are not only focused on enabling financial professionals to better understand the wealth planning process, but also empowering them to elevate the standards of financial advice and create a more impactful client experience.”

Rather than launching across its network of 11,000 affiliates at once, Osaic says it's implementing the Wealth Advisor Academy in a cohort format, engaging 20 to 25 advisors at a time.

Focused on growth-oriented financial professionals, the invitation-only program spans six months and includes in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and educational modules. Drawing on the expertise of Osaic professionals and industry peers, it concentrates on three main areas: improving interpersonal communication, enhancing technical financial knowledge, and boosting operational efficiency.

As demand grows, Osaic plans to scale the Wealth Advisor Academy by launching new cohorts every two months.
