Raymond James adds Georgia firm with $280 million in client assets

TSD Capital joins from Wells Fargo network.

Raymond James Financial Services Inc. has drafted an independent firm that brings in $1.8 million in annual fees and commissions to join its practice. The team works under the name TSD Capital Group and operates out of Bogart, Ga., just outside of Athens. It manages about $280 million in client assets, according to a statement from Raymond James. The new team is composed of senior investment advisers Bill Schroth, Joseph D. Taylor Jr. and Kip Dominy, financial advisers Bruce Kelly and Ken Hyatt, senior registered administrative assistant Leigh Anne Kane and senior administrative assistant Anna Richardson. The group was previously part of Wells Fargo Financial Advisors Network. According to a message on its website, the firm moved to Raymond James to maintain its client-first approach.
