Three advisers managing $100 million affiliate with LPL

Three advisers who collectively managed $100 million at three separate broker-dealers have formed a hybrid partnership in Orange City, Fla., that has affiliated with Synergy Wealth Alliance, an office of supervisory jurisdiction for LPL Financial.

The three advisers are Shawn Walton, formerly with Cambridge Investment Research; Debbie Hawksworth, formerly with Edward Jones; and Richard Coloni, formerly with Cetera Advisers.

Synergy Wealth Alliance, which serves approximately $650 million in brokerage and advisory assets, affiliated with LPL in February. It is based in Maitland, Fla.
