Vanguard files for fifth ETF

The Vanguard Group Inc. announced it filed a registration statement with the SEC for its fifth international exchange traded fund.

The Vanguard Group Inc. of Malvern, Pa., today announced it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its fifth international exchange traded fund. The proposed Vanguard Europe Pacific ETF will seek to track the performance of the Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) Europe, Australasia, Far East (EAFE) Index. The proposed ETF is expected to feature an expense ratio of 0.15%. Vanguard is based in Malvern, Pa.
