Automated Compliance Solutions has unveiled compliance software for brokers, and AdviceAmerica Inc. has released a client relationship management solution.

ACS launches compliance offering Automated Compliance Solutions has unveiled software that allows broker-dealers to automate their policies and procedures, and document their adherence to them. “The key benefit to our customers of merging technology and compliance is, they are audit-ready at all times,” said Trum Van Middlesworth, managing director. The system was designed to monitor supervisory reviews and the resolution of non-compliant events. Users can modify their compliance programs to reflect new regulations and operational changes without the help of the information technology staff. Also, records are organized, stored and can be accessed by employees. In addition, the platform provides document management, work flow, best-practices compliance templates, e-mail alerts and security. Automated Compliance Solutions is located in Brighton, Mass. AdviceAmerica unfurls client management system AdviceAmerica Inc. has released ClientVision, a web-based client relationship management solution for financial advisers. The system was integrated with Outlook from Microsoft Corp. of Redmond, Wash., as well as financial planning and portfolio management tools. It offers advisers the capability to manage and view clients’ portfolios, goals, financial documents and activity history in one application. The technology provides advisers with “immediate access to relevant information to [help them] effectively manage client relationships,” Purna Pareek, chief executive of AdviceAmerica, said in a statement. Features of the software include the ability to collect account data from sources such as Albridge Solutions Inc., Pershing LLC, TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. and DST Systems Inc. In addition, advisers can upload client documents such as financial plans, wills, insurance policies or estate documents. They can also maintain a history of communications and recommendations with clients. AdviceAmerica is located in Fremont, Calif.
