The strategy also includes the creation of a new podcast, a six-part virtual webcast series and the launch of a fintech conference
JAN 12, 2021

InvestmentNews is excited to announce the launch of a new website showcasing fintech trends for technology-driven advisers. The focus on fintech helps advisers stay up-to-date on current technologies in wealth management that can help drive future growth.

The cornerstone of the project is the creation of a new website, called fintechforadvisers.com, which will house all of InvestmentNews’ data and analytical content specifically tailored for the fintech industry.

The stand-alone website features columns, editorials, contributed content, op-eds and a monthly podcast series highlighting innovations that matter to wealthtech advisers.

In addition to the flagship website and podcast, a new webcast series will deliver six virtual events with analysis on top-of-mind wealthtech topics — including client experience, cybersecurity and fintech regulation under a new administration — from executives and thought leaders at some of the top firms in the industry with the mission of launching an in-person conference by the end of 2021.

“The fintech space has been key to IN's content efforts for years, and this dedicated site will serve to provide a one-stop shop for the unique breadth and depth we can provide to the financial advice community,” said InvestmentNews Chief Content Officer George Moriarty.

In conjunction with the fintech launch, InvestmentNews also announced the creation of a new fintech advisory board that will welcome some of the most prominent names in wealthtech to weigh in on some of the industry’s most important trends.

“The advisory board is a major step toward maintaining our position as the leading source in wealthtech,” said Sean Allocca, InvestmentNews Deputy Managing Editor. “We’ve been very fortunate to bring this level of expertise on board, and with their guidance will be a must-read source in the technology space.”

To supplement InvestmentNews’ award-winning print publication, fintech coverage will also be featured in the six issues in 2021 to get advisers the information needed to help stay a step ahead of competitors.
