The creators of PreciseFP, a slick-looking online client questionnaire used by financial advisers, today announced integrations with two popular programs.
Both Redtail customer relationship management software and Laser App, an application that automates the filling of forms, now work with PreciseFP.
Don Whalen a certified financial planner and co-founder of Spectrum Input LLC, the company behind PreciseFP, said the program replaces the paper-based gathering of client data with which many advisers are saddled.
“We've made that process a whole lot easier, faster and less prone to error — not to mention more enjoyable for the client,” Mr. Whalen added.
Essentially, once clients have entered data into PreciseFP, that information can be entered into other programs, thereby allowing advisers to avoid manual data entry.
PreciseFP already has integrations with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, as well as MoneyGuidePro and MoneyTree, two financial planning programs popular with advisers.
“Now the adviser can add client, spouse and family members' details to Redtail with the click of a button. Redtail also captures all assets, insurance policies and liabilities so that authorized users can access that information at any time, anywhere,” Mr. Whalen said.
In addition to its form-filling software, Laser App also has a very large repository of industry forms, including those from custodians and broker-dealers. With the integration, client information collected in PreciseFP — including addresses, dates of birth, driver's license info and beneficiary information — can flow through to the forms that require the data. Thus, accounts can be opened and assets transferred to the adviser with fewer delays.
PreciseFP costs $19.99 per month and can be used with most browsers and operating systems. Advisers also have the option of customizing their access pages with their own logo information.
