$400 million Merrill Lynch rep moves to Raymond James

Michael Jeppson goes indie in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

Michael Jeppson, an adviser who managed $400 million at Merrill Lynch, has joined Raymond James' independent broker-dealer in Manhattan Beach, Calif. He and Angie Duso, his client services manager, will operate as Jeppson Wealth Management. Mr. Jeppson began his financial services career in 1985 with Merrill Lynch and moved to Smith Barney in 1993. He returned to Merrill Lynch in 2008. Ms. Duso has worked with him since she joined Smith Barney in 1995.
