F.L. Putnam acquires Financial Focus and $275 million in AUM
Acquisition adds presence in Wolfeboro, N.H., to firm's New England footprint.

F.L. Putnam Investment Management has acquired Financial Focus, a financial planning and wealth management firm in Wolfeboro, N.H., that manages $275 million in assets. The entire Financial Focus team will join F.L. Putnam, the company said in a release. The firm has four offices across New England, 47 employees and $2.1 billion in assets under management. The combined business will be headquartered in Wellesley, Mass. (More:Bonhill Group completes acquisition of InvestmentNews) Financial Focus was founded in 1995 by Susan MacMichael John, who was recently named one of the Top 20 Women to Watch by InvestmentNews.
