Great Scott Financial Services of Bethlehem, Pa., which manages $191 million in assets, has switched affiliations from Cetera Advisor Networks and Vicus Capital to Commonwealth Financial Network. The firm's founder and principal, Scott Seymour, will be registered under Commonwealth's RIA.
