Reps managing $319 million move to Raymond James
Daniel Nickow and Brett Salzer join employee unit in Deerfield, Ill.

Daniel Nickow and Brett Salzer, who managed $319 million at Mesirow Financial in Deerfield, Ill., have joined the employee unit of Raymond James. They will open a new office for the firm in the Chicago suburb. (More:See more adviser moves in InvestmentNews' Adviser on the Move database.) Mr. Nickow began his career as a financial adviser in 1999 at Smith Barney, which was later acquired by Morgan Stanley. He joined Mesirow in 2012. Mr. Salzer also began his career at Smith Barney, in 2006, and moved to Mesirow Financial with Mr. Nickow in 2012.
