Wells Fargo $350 million team goes indie with Raymond James

Four-adviser group, Z3 Capital Partners, is based in Richmond, Va.

A four-adviser team managing $350 million at Wells Fargo in Richmond, Va., has gone independent and affiliated with Raymond James. Brokers Scot Morris, Alex Brand, Alicia Borghi and Barbara Wiltshire, along with client service manager Hasti Thompson, operate as Z3 Capital Partners. Mr. Morris began his securities career at Branch Cabell in 1986 and later worked at RBC Capital Markets for eight years. He joined Wells Fargo in 2010. Mr. Brand joined the team at Wells Fargo in 2015 after nearly 20 years of institutional investing experience at firms including Suntrust Robinson Humphrey, Stephens and Scott & Stringfellow.
