Janney has landed a four-member team from
Wells Fargo Advisors. The team, which has more than 50 years in combined industry experience, managed over $239 million in client assets.
Called KSF Wealth of
Janney Montgomery Scott, the team of advisers joins Janney in its office in the District of Columbia.
According to the press release, the team will include Matthew H. Kroehler, executive vice president of wealth management; Lee Springer, first vice president of wealth management; James Farrell, financial adviser; and Veronica Joyner, senior registered private client associate.
Mr. Kroehler joins Janney with nearly 20 years of experience, 10 of which were with Wells Fargo Clearing Services since 2008. He focuses on high-net-worth families and the investment management process.
According to his Finra BrokerCheck profile, he has also worked with SunTrust Investment Services Inc., Morgan Stanley DW Inc., Edward Jones and Cambridge Investment Research Inc.
Mr. Springer worked for more than 15 years in the financial services industry, focusing on financial planning, cash flow strategies, liability management and legacy planning. He joins Janney after 10 years at Wells Fargo, according to
BrokerCheck. He was also previously with Uvest Financial Services Group Inc. and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc.
Mr. Farrell has 10 years in the industry, working for Wells Fargo since 2008, according to
BrokerCheck. He focuses on dividend income investing and issues research leadership on international and emerging market economies.
Ms. Joyner has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, according to the press release. Since 2011, she worked in Wells Fargo Clearing Services for approximately seven years before transitioning to Janney, according to her profile in BrokerCheck.
