Wellspring Financial Advisors is looking kickstart its next leg of growth as it brings in an experienced private equity veteran to enhance its C-suite.

The firm announced Monday that it has named Jeff Kadlic as its new president and chief operating officer, a strategic move aimed at enhancing its service offerings and operational efficiencies.

Kadlic’s appointment, effective September 3, comes as the independent, fee-only multi-family office seeks to expand its comprehensive wealth management services for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Kadlic brings over 25 years of experience to Wellspring, most recently as founding partner at Evolution Capital Partners, a private equity firm. His diverse background spans strategic leadership, financial management, client relations, and alternative investments.

In his new role, Kadlic will focus on guiding the firm’s strategic direction while reporting to Michael Novak, Wellspring’s founder and chief executive officer.

“We have a clear vision for Wellspring’s ongoing evolution, firmly anchored by our founding mission and core values,” Novak said in a statement Monday. “Jeff shares our team’s enthusiasm for our client-first philosophy and fully supports our mission of delivering quality services that help our clients achieve wellbeing throughout every aspect of their lives.”

Wellspring, established in 2007 by Novak, aims to provide a holistic, entrepreneurial approach to serving wealthy families. The firm employs 25 staff members and serves clients nationwide.

Wellspring’s service model emphasizes personalized attention, trust, and long-term relationships, key principles that Kadlic is set to further develop as he provides strategic and operational direction for the firm.

“Wellspring has designed a client-first service model that rests on a foundation of strong relationships, trust, personalized service and a deep understanding of its clients’ unique needs,” Kadlic said. “The leadership team is dedicated to continued innovation and evolution, all with the client’s needs and goals at the forefront.”
