An Ohio-based financial adviser is the latest indicted as part of a scheme to defraud at least 100 investors of more than $15 million. Pushing investors to buy shares of a shell company, VGTel. The net has been spreading over the past several weeks after recidivist securities fraudster, Edward Durante, was extradited to New York and charged last month.
