We are accepting nominations in several categories:
See it, be it role models: Recognizes an adviser or industry professional who is an effective role model to those who bring diversity to the profession.
Lifetime achievement:• Recognizes an adviser or industry professional who has increased diversity in the profession and has demonstrated outstanding leadership over the course of his or her career.
Rising star:• Recognizes an adviser or industry professional who, despite being in the early stages of his or her career, shows exceptional commitment to increasing diversity in the profession.
Outstanding practice:• Recognizes internal firm initiatives specifically developed to increase diversity and inclusion among firm leadership and the broader employee base.
Outstanding outreach:• Recognizes external firm initiatives developed to increase outreach and marketing to build diversity among clients.
Diversity champion:• Recognizes broker-dealers, custodians, asset managers, insurance firms, fintech companies, schools and other industry organizations for their efforts to foster diversity and inclusion — either within the industry or their own workplace.

diversity and inclusion are key drivers of innovation and growth. It's imperative that our profession keep pace with the constantly changing demographics of our country and lead the way for diverse perspectives and talent to drive growth and create an even stronger set of future leaders.
This awards and recognition program, our industry's first, will highlight and celebrate all those who are moving us closer to that goal.
