AssetMark, a registered investment adviser and technology platform, has launched a pooled employer plan that's available on its platform.

The plan allows small-business owners to pool their retirement assets with those of other employers and outsource the fiduciary and operational duties involved in sponsoring a plan.

The new plan is designed for small to midsize businesses, typically with less than $25 million in plan assets, the company said in a release.
