Hub Retirement and Private Wealth, a unit of Hub International, has launched Hub FinPath, a financial wellness service that companies can use to give their workers access to financial coaches and online learning and planning tools.

"Employers are increasingly focused on the financial wellness of their employees and are looking to invest in the financial health and resilience of their people," Joe DeNoyior, president of HUB RPW, said in a statement.

According to the statement, Hub FinPath helps retirement plan advisers and company human resources departments work together to assist employees in areas like emergency savings, budgeting and spending, credit score improvement, retirement planning and debt management.

The service lets employees meet one-on-one with a Hub FinPath financial coach, either in person or via phone, email or video chat. Hub FinPath also provides live and on-demand classes on financial topics, along with online financial health tools that help workers with chores like managing their spending, reducing debt and planning for emergencies.
