There's a new offering that some retirement plan advisers are adding to their businesses to set them apart from the competition: a fee policy statement. A fee policy statement details who is paying what in each plan. But advisers should look out — both retirement plan committees and fiduciaries need to know exactly what goes into a fee policy statement to make sure they are not at risk of a regulatory breach.
