A $200 million Wells Fargo rep forms RIA

James Denholm III launches IronBridge Private Wealth in Austin.

James Denholm, III, who managed $200 million at Wells Fargo Advisors in Austin, Texas, has launched IronBridge Private Wealth, a registered investment advisory firm. The firm uses Raymond James as its custodian. Mr. Denholm started his financial services career at Morgan Stanley in 2001, joined Chase Investment Services in 2002, and then Wells Fargo Advisors in 2005. Joining him at the new firm are financial planner Gwen Henson, who worked with Mr. Denholm at Wells Fargo and who began her career in 2003 at Waddell & Reed; and Chad Karnes, a portfolio manager and private equity analyst.
