A nine-person team in Punta Gorda, Fla., managing $675 million through Wells Fargo's FiNet independent brokerage business has left to form Landsberg Bennett Private Wealth Management, a registered investment advisory firm. The team is led by Michael W. Landsberg, Lew Bennett and Anthony C. Dubbaneh, and includes six other members. The firm said Fusion Financial Partners helped with the launch. Landsberg Bennett said it will use Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions as its primary custodian. The team met while employed as advisers at Merrill Lynch. They left the firm in 2012 to affiliate with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.
