Mercer Advisors acquires $300 million RIA
Regent Wealth Management Group serves approximately 110 high-net-worth households

Mercer Global Advisors, a Denver, Colo.-based national registered investment adviser, has acquired Regent Wealth Management Group, an RIA firm managing $300 million based in Woodbridge, Conn. (More: Consider diversity when it comes to mergers and acquisitions) The addition of Regent gives Mercer three offices in Connecticut and increases its assets under management to more than $16.5 billion.
