Texas adviser managing $341.5 million becomes RIA

Robert Harrell II, who managed $341.5 million as an employee broker at Raymond James in Austin, Tex., has given up his securities licenses and opened Harrell Investment Partners, a registered investment advisory. Mr. Harrell spent 20 years at Raymond James & Associates, Inc., after starting his career at Merrill Lynch in 1992.
