Former senior banker at JPMorgan among four recruits joining UBS
Firm adds advisors in Florida, Missouri, and Mississippi.

UBS has added four advisors to its U.S. head count, including a former senior banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank.

Andrea Freimann has joined UBS Private Wealth Management as a financial advisor in its Coral Gables office in Miami, as part of Integra Partners, a team which now oversees more than $6 billion in client assets.

At her old firm, she advised ultra-high-net-worth families in the U.S. and Latin America for over a decade.

“We continue to focus on recruiting and retaining the most talented financial advisors in the industry. We believe we have the strongest platform for Private Wealth Advisors in the Americas, and with our suite of ultra-high-net-worth capabilities, advisors like Andrea can deliver the full power of UBS to clients,” said Brad Rosenberg, Miami market director at UBS Private Wealth Management.

Meanwhile, in Chesterfield, Missouri, Charlie Medelberg and Stacey Koziatek – operating as The Medelberg Group - have joined UBS Wealth Management as financial advisors. They have a combined 60 years of industry experience and manage client assets of approximately $275 million.  

Both advisors were with previously with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch and are joined at UBS by client service associate William Sellenriek.

“Leveraging our unique suite of high-net-worth capabilities at UBS, I have no doubt they will be able to successfully deliver the full power of UBS to their clients for years to come,” said Gary Wideman, market director for St Louis-Chesterfield at UBS Wealth Management USA.

Finally, Russell Morrison has joined the firm as a financial advisor, teaming up with Jackson, Mississippi-based team, Capitol Wealth Management, which manages $1.8 billion in client assets.

Morrison has 10 years of industry experience and was previously at Merrill Lynch.

“Russell’s industry experience and dedication to his clients are a great addition to our business, and we look forward to continuing to expand our business in Mississippi, a key market for our firm,” said Ryan McLaughlin Wood, south central market Executive at UBS.
